2020 Swan Festival Save the date
California Swan Festival
The California Swan Festival is a non-profit event organized and managed by Yuba-Sutter Chamber of Commerce. The festival is held annually in Yuba City, CA with tours and ancillary events organized throughout the Yuba-Sutter region.
Positioned just 45 miles north of Sacramento, Yuba and Sutter county are within the Pacific Flyway route, making the area a premier waterfowl viewing location. More than 50 million birds can be seen here over the migratory season. This includes the beautiful and elegant Tundra Swan.
Moving south from Alaska and Canada, the Swans will make the rice fields and rich, marshy grasslands their winter home. The festival begins Friday, November 13th with a Swan Sighting and the always exciting Owl Prowl, then continues through November 14th & 15th, 2020.
Swan Central TBD and will be open November 13th & 14th, & 15th 2020 with an exceptional line-up of Field Trips, free presentations, workshops, children's activities, and exhibits. From the avid birder to the simple appreciator of wildlife, there is something for everyone at the CA Swan Festival.
